📋 Description

• Support and administration of our IT users and competent assistance with day-to-day operations • Analysis, handling and resolution of incidents in 1st- and 2nd-level support • Installation, configuration and maintenance of hardware and software components • Participation in the administration of the firewall infrastructure • Assistance with the setup, administration and monitoring of the server environment • Contribution to the implementation of cyber security measures • Maintenance and continuous documentation of the IT infrastructure

🎯 Requirements

• Vocational training in IT (e.g., IT specialist, IT systems electronics) or comparable qualification • Initial practical experience in the tasks and areas mentioned • Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken • Quick comprehension and a solution-oriented, independent working style • Flexibility, teamwork and strong communication skills
