📋 Description

• Own and drive the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and close. • Build, manage, and grow a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities in DACH markets. • Deliver compelling product demos and presentations to C-level and technical stakeholders. • Understand client needs and align them with our AI-driven SaaS solutions. • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention. • Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). • Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and client meetings as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience (AI domain preferred). • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a consultative sales environment. • Experience in the contact center industry is mandatory. • Strong understanding of the AI and B2B SaaS landscape and enterprise sales cycles. • Native or fluent French speaker (mandatory), with excellent English communication skills. • Experience selling to DACH-region clients is highly preferred. • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment. • Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar. • Nice to Have: Background in AI, automation, or conversational technology. • Experience working in cross-functional global teams. • Familiarity with sales enablement tools (e.g., Gong, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
