📋 Description
• Conduct Live Online Dutch Classes – Deliver interactive and learner-focused sessions via Zoom. • Develop Tailored Lesson Plans – Create engaging lesson materials based on learners’ needs and proficiency levels (Beginner to Advanced). • Focus on Core Language Skills – Emphasize speaking, reading, writing, and listening comprehension. • Encourage Cultural Awareness – Integrate Dutch customs, expressions, and culture into lessons for holistic understanding. • Provide Regular Assessments – Monitor student progress and share constructive feedback for continuous improvement. • Motivate and Support Learners – Create a positive learning atmosphere and adapt your teaching approach to various learning styles.
🎯 Requirements
• A degree or certification in Dutch language studies, linguistics, or a related field is preferred. • Teaching certifications (like NT2, CELTA, or equivalent) are a plus. • Fluency in Dutch (native or near-native level). • 2+ years of prior teaching experience (online or in-person). • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to simplify complex concepts for beginners. • Passion for teaching and encouraging student success. • Stable internet connection. • Zoom proficiency and ability to use teaching tools effectively. • A professional online teaching environment with a noise-free background and good audio/video quality.
