📋 Description

• Lead website development projects across multiple brands from planning through launch. • Coordinate developers, designers, and external contractors to ensure successful project delivery. • Oversee quality assurance (QA/UAT), website performance, mobile optimization, and ongoing improvements. • Support conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives across digital properties. • Oversee the implementation, optimization, and integration of business systems and operational tools. • Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable process improvements. • Develop and maintain SOPs and documentation for recurring workflows. • Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers. • Identify opportunities to implement AI and automation across business operations. • Evaluate and deploy new AI tools that improve efficiency and scalability. • Promote AI adoption and operational best practices across the organization. • Continuously improve workflows through automation initiatives. • Lead cross-functional projects involving operations, development, marketing, fulfillment, and design. • Manage project timelines, priorities, and contractor performance. • Maintain project visibility and accountability across multiple initiatives. • Provide regular operational updates and recommendations to executive leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Digital Operations, Project Management, or Operations Leadership. • Proven experience managing website development projects from planning through launch. • Hands-on experience with WooCommerce and/or Shopify. • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing external contractors. • Strong project management experience using platforms such as Monday.com, ClickUp, Asana, or similar. • Experience implementing and managing business software and SaaS platforms. • Advanced English proficiency (C1 or higher) with excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. • Availability to work during Pacific Standard Time (PST) business hours.
