📋 Description
• Manage client cases from onboarding through completion • Track documents, deadlines, and case progress • Follow up proactively on missing information • Gather, review, and organize legal and accounting documents • Ensure filings are complete, accurate, and compliant • Maintain digital records across multiple platforms • Draft clean, professional client emails • Coordinate across internal teams to move cases forward • Serve as a reliable point of contact throughout the process • Identify workflow bottlenecks and recommend improvements • Assist with light bookkeeping and reconciliations (training provided)
🎯 Requirements
• 2–4 years’ experience in legal intake, case management, or paralegal work • A proactive, ownership-driven mindset • Strong organizational skills; comfortable with deadlines and multiple clients • Exceptional written English (email is the primary communication channel) • Basic familiarity with accounting or bookkeeping • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, CRMs, and AI tools • Experience in fast-paced or startup environments
