📋 Description

• Configure and maintain core NetSuite modules (Finance, Operations, CRM, Inventory) • Create and optimize workflows, saved searches, dashboards, and reports • Provide end-user support, troubleshooting, and training • Assist with user role assignments, permissions, and license administration • Support integrations with third-party platforms (basic API/middleware familiarity preferred) • Document processes and best practices for internal teams • Contribute to system testing, audits, and security compliance requirements

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in NetSuite administration or consulting • Strong understanding of NetSuite workflows, SuiteFlow, and reporting • Experience with customizations, saved searches, and dashboards • Hands-on experience supporting business users across Finance, Sales, and Operations • Good communication skills in English (B2+ C1), with ability to explain technical concepts clearly • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setting • Availability to work on Eastern Standard Time hours, aligned with Central Time
