📋 Description

• We are seeking a highly analytical, business-oriented, and technically strong Senior Data Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across a fast-growing e-commerce subscription business • You will play a key role in shaping growth, retention, acquisition, personalization, and customer experience strategies by leveraging advanced analytics, experimentation, forecasting, and automation • Build and maintain Dashboards, Reports, and Ad hoc analyses • Deliver actionable insights to support business growth and customer experience optimization • Monitor and improve key e-commerce and subscription-related KPIs • Lead hypothesis testing, A/B testing, Regression analysis, and Forecasting initiatives • Develop and maintain SQL/Python-based workflows and automation tools

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in: Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Related quantitative field • 4+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence roles • 2+ years of experience providing technical guidance or leadership to teams • Previous experience within: E-commerce, Subscription-based business models is strongly preferred • Advanced proficiency with: Tableau, Snowflake, SQL, Python or R • Strong understanding of: Statistical analysis, Forecasting, Experimental design, Data modeling • Ability to communicate technical findings to mixed technical and business audiences • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
