📋 Description

• Create, execute, and maintain detailed test cases and test plans for web applications • Perform functional, regression, UI/UX, negative, and integration testing across features • Validate workflows related to web applications, accounting, AR/AP payments, and user permissions • Document defects with clear reproduction steps, evidence, and severity classification • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to clarify acceptance criteria • Participate in test-readiness reviews and sign-off for production releases • Communicate test progress, risks, and defects in a structured and objective manner

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience performing manual QA on web applications • Strong skills in writing comprehensive test cases and defect reports • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, TestRail, or similar QA platforms • Ability to reason about complex workflows (financial, multi-step, or data-driven) • Experience testing REST APIs at a basic validation level (via Postman or similar) • Comfortable working independently in remote, fast-paced, project-driven teams • Preferred: Experience with SaaS products in Fintech, payments, or enterprise workflow systems • Preferred: Familiarity with CI/CD release rhythms and agile delivery cadences • Preferred: Exposure to testing in environments where AI-assisted coding tools accelerate development • Preferred: Understanding of secure data-handling expectations in finance or compliance-related domains
