📋 Description
• Plan, set up, manage, and deliver multiple outsourcing projects involving 2D and technical game assets • Track project planning, setup, progress, timelines, expenses, and documentation • Ensure timely, high-quality, and valuable project deliveries • Maintain smooth information and communication flow throughout projects • Assist with artist scheduling and planning • Track artists’ deliverables and accountabilities • Support artists and clients throughout the project journey • Build and maintain strong, trusting, long-term client partnerships • Execute and improve processes, methods, workflows, tool utilization, and pipelines • Manage and balance project resources • Identify and mitigate potential risks and achieve successful solutions • Contribute to maintaining the team’s quality of work • Work closely with Envar’s Outsourcing art team and partners
🎯 Requirements
• Mature experience managing outsourcing projects that deliver 3D and technical game assets • In-depth knowledge of the 2D game art pipeline and workflow • Proficiency in Photoshop • At least 2 years of direct experience managing 2D game art projects • Ability to understand and fulfill expectations autonomously • High degree of accuracy in documentation and task management • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills • Proficiency in Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets • Experience writing routines and guidelines • Bachelor degree or equivalent • Experience with project management tools such as Favro or Miro is a bonus • Experience in training or mentoring is a bonus • Art-related degree or diploma is a bonus • Mandarin, French, or Korean language skills are a bonus
