📋 Description
• Build, maintain, and improve Enveda’s core financial models, including monthly forecasts and scenario analyses. • Partner with cross-functional teams to translate complex scientific and operational inputs into financial implications. • Develop scalable reporting frameworks and dashboards for R&D spend, portfolio progression, and capital allocation. • Deliver high-quality materials for Board meetings, investors, and executive leadership.
🎯 Requirements
• Deep FP&A experience ideally in biotech, pharma, or R&D-intensive organizations. • Exceptional analytical rigor and a willingness to dive deep into complex datasets - comfortable “getting into the weeds” to uncover insights that drive decision-making • Strong communication skills and ability to build trusted relationships across teams. • 8+ years of industry experience, including 5+ years in financial leadership roles.
