• Plan, manage, and execute multiple marketing campaigns each month to support sales growth which include client and prospect campaigns, webinars, and event support, and more. • Understand Go-To-Markets (GTMs) and tailor marketing campaigns to maximize lead generation through email, social media, LinkedIn ads, and other channels. • Write promotional materials such as brochures and digital content to support campaigns. • Work across groups of stakeholders, including product owners, sales, and marketing to develop successful B2B marketing campaigns that attract new clients and introduce services to existing clients. • Research competitors to stay current with similar products and services on the market. • Track key marketing measurements and report ROI. • Booth shipments for exhibitions. This role will manage projects and campaigns, but not people.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience creating marketing campaigns and hitting deadlines. • Superior writing skills and ability to understand messaging and GTMs for multiple audiences. • Strong Canva skills to repurpose content across different channels. • ABM (Account Based Marketing) practices, targeting ideal customers in multiple B-to-B industries. • Demonstrated use of Hubspot: Emails, landing pages, CTAs, workflows, list filters. • Self-motivated, self-starter, able to independently execute in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities while working within a team using real-time collaboration through Teams. • Uses modern marketing tools: Hubspot, SFDC or other CRM, Monday.com, Google Analytics. • Energy and Sustainability market experience a plus.
