📋 Description

• Identifies and qualifies prospective clients within the Service Line, serving as a primary point of contact for potential and existing clients. • Schedules face-to-face meetings with high-value prospects while ensuring alignment with strategic priorities. • Maintains an organized pipeline of leads using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools. • Collaborates with the VP Sales to implement tactical sales initiatives aimed at driving revenue growth. • Leads the rollout of targeted campaigns, including outreach emails, webinars, or other client engagement activities. • Assists in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and other collateral to support client meetings and negotiations. • Builds and maintains relationships with internal teams and stakeholders. • Provides weekly and monthly performance updates to the VP Sales. • Assists in the coordination of team meetings and ensures timely completion of action items.

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written and interpersonal communication skills required. • Strong analytical and organizational skills. • Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Excel, Word and other Windows applications. • Ability to handle multiple functions and deadlines simultaneously. • Ability to clearly articulate Envision’s services during a business call. • Accustomed to making 50-60 outgoing calls daily to decision makers. • Effective at listening and identifying prospects buying signs. • Bachelor’s degree in business related field required. • 4+ years’ experience in sales or business development.
