📋 Description

• Act as the voice of the customer and the guardian of the product vision. • Responsible for defining the product vision and goals. • Prioritize work and collaborate with cross-functional teams. • Deliver digital products that meet user needs and drive business value. • Participate in user testing and gather feedback for product iterations. • Partner with stakeholders to convey product vision and updates. • Analyze product performance to inform the product roadmap. • Own the prioritization of the product backlog based on stakeholder inputs.

🎯 Requirements

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. • Requirement Elicitation and Documentation: Understands how to translate business needs into prioritized backlog items in partnership with Business Analysts Analytical • Skills: Strong analytical skills to perform data analysis. • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders. • Team Collaboration: Strong team collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams. • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure thoroughness and accuracy in all aspects of analysis and documentation. • Time Management: Strong time management skills to manage priorities. • Adaptability: Sense of adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, embracing change and innovation. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience in the field of work required. • 2 years in product management or related roles, with a focus on digital products required. • Healthcare industry experience preferred. • Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel • Jira or other product management tools
