âą Prepares and posts journal entries with appropriate supporting documentation âą Analyzes balance sheet accounts and prepares corresponding reconciliations âą Responds promptly to requests and inquiries âą Retrieves, processes, and analyzes data from various sources âą Maintains supporting accounting schedules âą Collaborates with team members across the company âą Adheres to compliance with company policies and procedures and applicable internal controls âą Other duties as assigned
đŻ Requirements
âą Basic understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and the ability to apply the principles to specific situations âą Ability to work collaboratively with other team members âą Good verbal and written communication skills âą Strong analytical, organizational, and critical thinking skills âą Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize among multiple tasks and objectives âą Ability to demonstrate high integrity, especially in maintaining confidential information âą Ability to adapt in their performance of job duties according to manager feedback âą Microsoft Office Suite, most importantly Excel, Outlook, and Teams âą Bachelorâs degree in accounting from an accredited college or university required âą No prior experience required. 0-2 years of public accounting or industry experience preferred âą CPA preferred
