📋 Description

• Leads complex financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to support strategic decision-making for assigned business areas. • Drives the month-end close process, delivers insightful variance analysis, and enhances financial models and reporting frameworks. • Oversees ERP metadata accuracy and supports continuous process improvement across FP&A workflows. • Mentors Financial Analysts and serves as a key liaison between analysts, management, and cross-functional partners to ensure alignment and effective communication.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Self-starter with the ability to work independently • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, while providing accurate, reliable, high-quality work • Demonstrated expertise reviewing and analyzing financial results • Ability to effectively communicate at all personnel levels based on the information required at each level • Able to maintain the utmost confidentiality and discretion with respect to dissemination of information • Detail oriented; able to keep key personnel on task regardless of their position in the organization • Keen sense of awareness about identifying potential challenges, risk issues, inconsistencies, and opportunities • Proficient with MS Office Suite and Hyperion Essbase/Smartview • Bachelor's Degree from four-year College or University in Accounting or Finance required. • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a large, complex business environment in Accounting or Finance required. • Previous experience in healthcare is preferred
