📋 Description

• Build and execute an employee engagement and culture roadmap aligned to organizational values • Lead DEI strategies and programming that enhance the candidate and employee experience • Design and administer surveys and translate results into insights, KPIs, and dashboards • Develop recognition and wellness initiatives that support a positive, healthy workplace • Support HRIS projects, reporting, and workflow improvements (e.g., automation, digitization) • Create internal communications for HR initiatives and maintain intranet resources

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in HR, employee experience/engagement, or organizational development • Experience using data and storytelling to drive change (surveys, metrics, dashboards) • Confident partner to leaders; strong facilitation and communication skills • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience); HRIS proficiency required, Paylocity and/or UKG experience preferred
