• Product strategy and prioritization across the full portfolio — you decide what ships, what stops, and what accelerates • The first human gate in the AI-first workflow: every spec is AI-drafted, but nothing moves to code until you approve it • Roadmap coherence across product families, balancing revenue protection, platform stability, and selective growth bets • Cross-functional alignment with Sales, Customer Care, and Engineering on what gets built and why • The cadence for product review, prioritization, and release planning in a company that is moving from sprints to bounded bolt cycles

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of end-to-end product ownership in B2B software or operationally complex environments • Multi-product portfolio experience — you've managed competing priorities across product lines, not just a single product • Strong commercial instincts — you understand how roadmap choices affect revenue, support burden, and customer credibility • Evidence of already using AI in daily product work, not just curiosity about it • Comfort making high-stakes decisions with incomplete data • A humble, self-directed operator who can build a function from one seat without waiting for a large team or a polished environment
