📋 Description

• Lead the Regional Marketing Organization • Implement the Global marketing strategy locally in the Region / countries • Ensure the effective implementation of tactical marketing programs defined by Global Marketing, Global Product management, Global Launch management and Global / CEU T&E • Collaborate closely with the Global Marketing Management Team and Regional sales organization • Responsible for all commercial marketing activities including marketing, product management, sales support, marketing communications, educational needs and plan, partnering activities, key regional and local symposia • Provide strategic market direction and work closely with all functional areas in the Regional Countries and Headquarters • Develop MQL and SQL to the sales organization and drive regional PD initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Academic degree, ideal Master, in Marketing and Communication • Fluency in English and local language (spoken and written) • Excellent product and marketing knowledge • Proficient in MS Office applications (mainly Powerpoint, Word and Excel) • At least 5 years experience from practically leading a marketing department in a subsidiary of a global organization • Comprehensive practical experience from working with Digital Marketing and Funnel Management
