📋 Description

• Develop and maintain relationships with distributors and channel partners • Ensure sales quotas are met and channel strategies are executed effectively • Monitor distributor performance against sales quotas and KPIs • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with channel partners • Provide sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market insights to senior management • Collaborate with marketing and product teams for channel campaigns and promotions • Identify new channel opportunities and expand market coverage • Train and support distributors to improve product knowledge and sales effectiveness • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred) • 10+ years of experience in channel sales, distributor management, or business development • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills • Excellent communication and presentation abilities • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret sales data and market trends • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office • Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, finance, and operations teams
