β€’ Review and process authorization requests accurately and efficiently β€’ Verify customer information and supporting documentation for completeness β€’ Communicate with clients, providers, vendors, and internal departments regarding authorization requirements β€’ Monitor pending authorizations and follow up to ensure timely resolution β€’ Maintain accurate records and update authorization status in company systems β€’ Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online communication platforms β€’ Ensure all authorizations comply with company policies and regulatory requirements β€’ Escalate complex or urgent cases to the appropriate department when necessary β€’ Prepare reports and maintain confidential documentation β€’ Perform general administrative duties and other tasks assigned by management

🎯 Requirements

β€’ High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree is a plus) β€’ Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, insurance, healthcare, finance, or authorization processing is preferred but not required β€’ Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills β€’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills β€’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry applications β€’ Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote environment β€’ Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities β€’ Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home workspace
