📋 Description
• Collecting outstanding international receivables • Handling outbound and inbound calls • Independently negotiating payment arrangements with our customers • Finding and implementing solutions for delinquent customers • Recording and processing complex case issues
🎯 Requirements
• Completed commercial or legal vocational training, e.g., office clerk, industrial clerk, legal assistant, office communications clerk, or a comparable qualification • Initial professional experience in debt collection • Basic knowledge of German debtor and commercial law (BGB, HGB) • Good written and spoken German and English
