• Leadership responsibility: Assume disciplinary and functional leadership of two teams in financial accounting and billing, including personnel, work and absence planning • Talent management: Manage the entire employee lifecycle — from selecting new hires and conducting personnel and performance reviews to targeted employee development and qualification • Process optimization & digitalization: Actively shape the further development and digitalization of billing processes and initiate measures for cost and revenue optimization as well as efficiency improvements • Monthly & quarterly & annual financial statements: Be responsible for preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and for submitting the corresponding data in the relevant tool • Operational support: Actively support your team in day-to-day operations and ensure a smooth information flow through regular team meetings
• Strong numerical aptitude: You have a pronounced affinity for numbers and strong analytical skills • Resilience: You remain calm under pressure • Communication: You are a strong communicator and lead your teams with empathy • Flexibility: You are open to change and new challenges • Education: You have a commercial vocational qualification (e.g., bank clerk, office clerk, industrial clerk) or a comparable qualification — ideally with an additional finance-related certification • Experience: You bring initial leadership experience as well as experience in process optimization and digitalization
