📋 Description
• Collection of outstanding international receivables • Conducting outbound and inbound telephone calls • Independently agreeing payment arrangements with our customers • Identifying and implementing solutions for delinquent customers • Recording and processing complex case situations
🎯 Requirements
• Completed commercial or legal vocational training, e.g., Office Administrator, Industrial Clerk, Legal Assistant, Office Communication Clerk, or a comparable qualification • Initial professional experience in debt collection • Basic knowledge of German civil and commercial law (BGB, HGB) • Good written and spoken German and English skills
