• Serve as the primary technical interface for hyperscale and AI data center customers • Lead pre-sales technical strategy, solution design, and value positioning • Support complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from concept through execution • Architect inverter-based power and energy management solutions • Deliver executive-level technical presentations and customer briefings • Provide advanced technical support and lead technical escalations as needed • Partner cross-functionally to influence product roadmap and technical direction • Develop reference architectures, application notes, and technical collateral • Travel up to 25% to support customers and sales initiatives
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field • 5+ years of experience in applications engineering or technical sales engineering • Direct experience supporting hyperscale and/or AI data center environments • Strong expertise in one or more of the following: BESS, UPS, inverters, or mission-critical power systems
