• Develop and execute sales strategies targeting data center operators, hyperscalers, and EPCs with high-availability and grid-forming inverter needs. • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key accounts, including utilities and data center developers. • Identify emerging trends in AI infrastructure, microgrids, and co-located renewable projects to shape product positioning and sales tactics. • Own the sales pipeline and forecasting for the data center vertical, contributing to growth targets. • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to align customer needs with EPC Power’s technology roadmap. • Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing internal and external sales team focused on the data center segment.
• 10+ years of sales leadership experience in energy, power electronics, or data center infrastructure. • Proven track record of closing large-scale uninterruptible power supply (UPS) or BESS deals with data center clients. • Deep understanding of grid-connected and islanded power systems, microgrids, and high-availability requirements. • Strong executive presence and ability to influence internal and external stakeholders. • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
