📋 Description

• Own and deliver backend features end to end • Lead the architecture and evolution of EPI’s cloud-based microservices • Define and uphold high code quality standards • Actively support mobile engineers by providing backend expertise • Drive backend platform decisions with a clear understanding of current product requirements • Identify opportunities to improve backend reliability and delivery speed • Collaborate closely with mobile engineers and cross-functional teams

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience in software development • At least 5 years of back-end development • Proven experience in building scalable system architectures • Familiarity with modern design patterns and REST API design • Ability to recognize and implement effective automated tests • Proficiency in core backend technologies like Kotlin, Ktor, Docker, AWS, MongoDB • Experience in Agile methodologies
