📋 Description

• Own budget planning and tracking across Product, Engineering, and Design • Act as the main point of contact with Finance on planning cycles, reporting, and financial processes • Build clear frameworks to track spend, manage risks, and support data-driven decisions • Prepare and structure business cases for leadership or Board decisions • Challenge assumptions on costs and investments to support smart prioritisation • Enable efficient, transparent, and compliant sourcing processes in close collaboration with central Procurement • Manage Purchase Orders and ensure full visibility and control of spend • Maintain a clear overview of vendors, contracts, and external spend • Oversee the tools landscape across Product, Engineering, and Design • Provide structured insights and recommendations to support decision-making

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience supporting senior executives in tech, fintech, or similarly complex organisations • Strong organizational and written communication skills • Comfort operating autonomously and pushing back constructively • Good judgment, discretion, and ability to prioritize under pressure • Structured, calm, and proactive working style with high live-availability • Thrive in a remote-first, multicultural environment • Seniority level: Senior (3 to 5 years of experience)
