📋 Description
• Lead the Central Services product group, driving the evolution of our Payment Platform and Backoffice systems • Shape the core architecture and integrations that enable secure, seamless payments across Europe • Set and communicate a clear product vision aligned with company objectives • Own and manage the strategic roadmap for the Central Services product group • Collaborate across teams to turn insights into actionable development tasks • Foster growth and development of Product Managers within the Central Services product group
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in product management • At least 5 years in senior leadership roles such as Head or Director of Product • Strong track record in fintech and the payments industry • Deep familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements (AML, fraud prevention, GDPR) • Proven leadership in defining and communicating a compelling product vision • Extensive experience building modern, scalable services that integrate with internal and external systems • Exceptional communication and presentation skills • Strong command of Agile methodologies • Fluency in English (CEFR level C1 or C2) • Proficiency in additional European languages such as French, German, or Dutch is a plus. • Comfortable and effective in remote-first, multicultural work environments.
