📋 Description

• Lead the Central Services product group • Drive the evolution of the Payment Platform • Shape the core architecture and integrations for secure payments • Collaborate across teams to turn insights into development tasks • Engage with member banks for strategic roadmaps • Foster growth and develop Product Managers • Implement performance frameworks and Agile practices

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product management • At least 5 years in senior leadership roles such as Head or Director of Product • Strong track record in fintech and the payments industry • Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements (AML, fraud prevention, GDPR) • Proven leadership in defining a product vision • Extensive experience building scalable services • Exceptional communication and presentation skills • Strong command of Agile methodologies • Fluency in English (CEFR level C1 or C2); proficiency in additional European languages such as French, German, or Dutch is a plus • Comfortable in remote-first, multicultural work environments
