📋 Description

• Define and implement EPI’s tax strategy across multiple European jurisdictions to support business growth • Ensure full compliance with corporate tax, VAT and other applicable regulations while operating in a fast-evolving fintech landscape • Partner with Finance and Legal to optimize tax structuring for new products, markets and partnerships • Anticipate and manage tax risks associated with regulatory changes and cross-border operations • Lead relationships with external tax advisors, auditors and tax authorities • Build scalable tax processes and governance frameworks aligned with company growth • Support strategic decision-making by providing clear, business-oriented tax insights • Be the point of contact for tax authorities

🎯 Requirements

• +10 years of experience in tax, ideally within international groups, fintech, or financial services • Strong expertise in European tax frameworks, including corporate tax and VAT in cross-border environments • Proven ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels in a fast-paced environment • Experience working in a scale-up or transformation environment would be a strong plus • Familiarity with regulated financial or payments institutions is highly valued • Fluent in English (CEFR C1 or C2); additional European languages are a plus
