📋 Description
• Define and analyze end‑to‑end user research activities to support member experience team • Plan and run usability studies • Coordinate with project manager after go‑lives • Ensure that user insights directly feed implementation improvements • Design research studies and prepare test materials • Manage participant recruitment and quality • Oversee unmoderated testing in UserTesting • Monitor tests as they run, adjust when needed • Analyze results, reviewing recordings, identifying usability issues • Capture evidence, turning findings into clear, actionable insights • Produce concise reports, maintain a research log • Create materials for both internal and member‑facing sessions • Collaborate closely with Design, Product, Marketing, and other teams
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in UX/User Research or related field • Strong skills in research design • Proven ability to synthesize complex feedback into clear, actionable insights • Excellent communication skills for written reports and presentation decks • Comfortable collaborating with Design & Product teams • Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple studies in parallel. • Nice to Have: Experience working with financial services / payments / fintech products. • Knowledge of Figma/Miro and common product/design workflows. • Experience with continuous discovery processes. • Familiarity with Confluence and Jira for documentation and follow‑through on issues.
