📋 Description

• Define and analyze end-to-end user research activities supporting the Member Experience team • Plan and run usability studies • Coordinate with project managers after go-lives • Ensure user insights feed directly into implementation improvements • Design research studies and prepare test materials • Manage participant recruitment and quality • Oversee unmoderated testing in UserTesting • Monitor tests, adjust them when needed, and manage logistics from setup to completion • Analyze results and review recordings • Identify usability issues and capture supporting evidence • Turn findings into clear, actionable insights focused on impact • Produce concise reports and maintain a research log • Create materials for internal and member-facing sessions • Collaborate with Design, Product, Marketing, and other teams to align research priorities • Translate insights into recommendations and strengthen user-centred decision-making • Maintain consistent testing templates and ensure data quality • Manage UserTesting administration • Maintain a simple, replicable research process playbook

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in UX/User Research or related field • Strong skills in research design, qualitative analysis, and basic quantification of findings • Proven ability to synthesize complex feedback into clear, actionable insights • Excellent written communication skills for reports and presentation decks • Comfortable collaborating with Design and Product teams • Strong attention to detail and organization • Ability to manage multiple studies in parallel • Experience working with financial services, payments, or fintech products (nice to have) • Knowledge of Figma/Miro and common product/design workflows (nice to have) • Experience with continuous discovery processes (nice to have) • Familiarity with Confluence and Jira for documentation and follow-through on issues (nice to have) • Must be based in Germany • Student worker eligibility in Germany
