📋 Description

• Coordinate UX certification for member banks across features and countries • Maintain an up-to-date view of each bank’s UX status from initial proposals through certified experiences • Review and challenge member designs against Wero UX standards, guidelines, and pattern library • Identify gaps and risks and provide clear, actionable feedback • Coordinate feedback loops, clarifications, iterations, and re-assessments with member banks • Contribute to guidelines, best-practice examples, checklists, walkthrough videos, and member-facing decks • Feed implementation issues, learnings, and user feedback back to EPI product and design teams • Translate UX and technical constraints into structured communication for non-design stakeholders • Escalate blocking points in a timely and constructive way • Organise or relay user research, including usability tests and post-launch feedback • Convert research insights into recommendations for member UX improvements • Collaborate with member UX and Product teams, EPI Product and Design teams, and Programme/Delivery teams

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in English (CEFR C1 or C2) • French, German, Dutch, or other European languages are a plus • Strong communication skills • Ability to thrive in a remote-first, multicultural environment • Confidence presenting to senior stakeholders, including banks and internal leadership • Proven experience collaborating with external partners or clients, ideally banks or large enterprises • Ability to handle misalignments diplomatically while protecting the UX vision • Solid understanding of user-centred design principles (UX and UI) • Ability to read and challenge user flows, wireframes, and UI designs • Structured approach to tracking multiple parallel workstreams across banks, features, and countries • Comfortable managing status overviews, follow-up actions, and deadlines • Familiarity with Figma, Miro, Jira, Confluence, and Slack
