📋 Description
• Manage end-to-end payroll processes, including data entry, calculations and report generation • Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and employment regulations • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to resolve payroll-related issues • Provide training and support to the payroll team, promoting best practices and continuous improvement • Analyze payroll data and produce strategic reports to support decision-making • Act as the primary point of contact for employee payroll inquiries
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Payroll Supervisor or in a similar role • Strong understanding of payroll processing, labor laws, and compliance regulations • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Proficiency in Portuguese and intermediate Spanish • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Familiarity with payroll systems and ERP software • Prior BPO experience is a plus.
