• Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with a strong focus on the Onboarding (ONB), Crossboarding (CROSS) and Offboarding (OFF) modules. • Work on implementation, enhancement and support projects for solutions related to the employee journey. • Translate business needs into technical solutions, ensuring adherence to SAP best practices and delivering high-value outcomes.
• Proven experience in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0, Crossboarding and Offboarding implementations. • Solid knowledge of integrations with Employee Central (EC) and Recruiting (RCM). • Experience in end-to-end projects, from blueprint through go-live and post-implementation support. • Ability to work in multicultural environments and with distributed teams. • Experience with SAP Launchpad, BTP and Document Center is a plus. • Intermediate to advanced English.
