📋 Description

• Coach and mentor PS Consultants ensuring consistent and high standards of service delivery. • Implement Eclipse solutions to meet client requirements. • Customize and configure Eclipse software according to client specifications. • Conduct training sessions and provide support for clients. • Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and needs. • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and service quality. • Achieve and exceed project goals and timelines. • Continuously learn and apply new features and functionalities of Eclipse software.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of applicable Epicor Eclipse software experience. • Strong knowledge of and/or demonstrated success in the distribution industry. • 3+ year of consulting experience preferred. • Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities. • Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience). • Ability to travel up to 60%.
