📋 Description

• Designing, coding, testing and maintaining company products by participating in all phases of the development process. • Supporting new Data Plane initiative within Epicor. • Designing, developing and owning workflows, front end systems, and platform integration. • Leading technical design and architecture discussions across frontend, backend, integration, and cloud services. • Designing and implementing reusable UI frameworks, component libraries, APIs, and backend services that support enterprise-scale applications. • Developing and integrating REST APIs, event-driven services, and streaming data solutions. • Designing and delivering intuitive user experiences for complex data governance, automation, analytics, and visualization platforms. • Participating in and leading code reviews, architecture reviews, and technical design sessions. • Mentoring and supporting developers through technical guidance, knowledge sharing, and training. • Developing, analyzing, and maintaining tools that support software development, testing, deployment, and release processes. • Driving continuous improvement of coding standards, development practices, and engineering processes. • Creating work estimates, identifying risks, and proactively delivering high-quality solutions on time. • Troubleshooting and resolving production issues across the full technology stack using monitoring, observability, and diagnostic tools. • Collaborating closely with Product Management, UX, Architecture, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver business value.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8+ years of professional software development experience. • 2+ years of specialized industry or domain experience. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience. • Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript for building modern web applications. • Strong experience designing scalable frontend architectures, reusable component libraries, and responsive user interfaces. • Experience integrating REST APIs and real-time event-driven services. • Strong backend development experience using .NET/C#, Node.js, or equivalent enterprise technologies. • Experience designing and developing microservices and distributed systems. • Strong understanding of relational and NoSQL databases. • Experience with Confluent Kafka and event-streaming platforms. • Knowledge of Data Governance solutions and metadata-driven applications is preferred. • Strong understanding of Azure Cloud services and cloud-native application development. • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, containerization, and deployment automation. • Strong understanding of frontend and backend observability, monitoring, logging, and production troubleshooting. • Experience designing complex data visualization, governance, and analytical user experiences. • Experience with AI-assisted development, testing, and productivity tools. • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and business domains. • Excellent communication, collaboration, and mentorship skills.
