📋 Description

• Lead business process discovery workshops • Document functional requirements and solution designs • Configure Kinetic applications to meet business requirements • Identify and document process gaps, risks, and mitigation strategies • Provide guidance on industry best practices and process improvements • Support data migration strategy, validation, and reconciliation activities • Support issue resolution during implementation and post-go-live stabilization • Manage scope and identify potential change requests • Collaborate with technical consultants on integrations, reports, and customizations • Lead cutover planning and go-live readiness assessments • Interact with members of cross-functional teams • Assist Project Manager in determining project direction, timelines, schedules, and activities • Establish solid working relationships throughout the Epicor and customer organizations • Develop accurate estimates for project tasks and work packages • Deliver assigned project deliverables on time and within budget • Perform training and knowledge-sharing activities with peers • Maintain certifications and knowledge of new and enhanced products • Obtain certifications outside core competency areas

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years applicable manufacturing, supply chain, and/or manufacturing accounting experience, and/or demonstrated success/knowledge • 5+ years of consulting experience preferred • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience • Ongoing technical certifications to keep up with industry and product changes
