📋 Description

• Coach and mentor Professional Services Consultants to ensure consistent, high standards of service delivery • Interact with cross-functional teams • Assist the Project Manager in determining project direction, timelines, schedules, and activities • Establish working relationships across Epicor and customer organizations • Estimate various project tasks • Ensure deliverables are completed on time and on budget • Train and share knowledge with peers • Perform customer core team training • Maintain skills and certifications for new or enhanced products • Obtain certification in an area outside the core competency

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to meet utilization targets and complete project deliverables on time • Project management skills and strong technical background required • Ability to create work plans, identify resource requirements, prioritize available resources, and monitor project-task performance • Customer-centric, results-oriented, self-starter able to work independently • Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills, including virtual presentations • Expertise in all core modules of the software • Demonstrated knowledge across industry verticals • Ability to travel up to 100% • 7+ years of applicable manufacturing, supply chain, and/or manufacturing accounting experience, and/or demonstrated success/knowledge • 5+ years of consulting experience preferred • Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience) • Ongoing technical certifications to keep up with the industry
