📋 Description

• Assist team members and clients with fee related inquiries. • Worklog, reconcile and disburse fee submission. • Assist with Monthly and Quarterly Billing process and Account Receivables. • Prepare journal entries, coding vendor invoices, account analysis and reconciliation, and closing books monthly. • Reconcile bank statements and verify deposits. • Address questions and problems and prepare general ledger reconciliations monthly. • Monitor accounts receivables collection from sponsors and/or institutions and reconcile customer accounts. • Maintain client contracts with appropriate supporting material. • Update records as necessary. • Perform other duties as requested.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance • Two (2) years of accounting experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience • Knowledge of automated financial accounting reporting systems. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software and financial software. • Ability to solve complex problems and provide successful solutions. • Highly detailed and organized, able to work independently and meet deadlines. • Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals and technical procedures. • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. • Ability to communicate effectively with employees throughout the firm. • Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables.
