• Review videos containing Epidemic Sound’s and/or external clients’ catalogue music in YouTube’s CMS and take action based on business rules • Validate system-produced videos for claiming across YouTube and other online platforms • Listen to a high volume of music across various genres, with a focus on user-generated content • Execute claiming operations by accurately timestamping music usage • Adapt to frequently updated client guidelines • Master new and existing claiming strategies • Provide feedback on workflow improvements to enhance systems and processes • Learn from others, self-teach, and share knowledge with the team • Address client-specific tasks and take on other responsibilities as needed
• Exceptional command of written and spoken English • Excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to learn quickly • Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating digital tools, including Google Suite (Docs, Sheets) and advanced internet search • Self-motivated and set up for remote work with a reliable, high-speed internet connection and an ergonomic workspace • Willingness and flexibility to travel if requested for periodic in-person collaboration • Genuine passion for music across all genres • Must work every Saturday and Sunday • Must work all Poya holidays in Sri Lanka • Able to work weekday training during the initial 2–3 weeks and whenever additional training is required • Exceptional musical ear, relevant university degree, or prior professional experience are nice to have • Flexibility to occasionally align with time zones for offices in Lisbon, Sweden, the U.S., and London
