• Manage full-cycle recruitment for diverse roles across Manufacturing, Healthcare, and IT. • Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and recruitment strategies. • Source candidates through job boards, social platforms, referrals, and talent pipelines. • Conduct screening, interviews, and selection processes. • Maintain and optimize the ATS for accuracy, compliance, and candidate experience. • Track recruitment metrics and provide insights to leadership.
• 8–10 years of full-cycle recruitment experience. • Proven hiring experience in Manufacturing, Healthcare, and IT domains. • Strong ATS knowledge • Excellent communication, sourcing, and stakeholder management skills. • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
