📋 Description

• Identify and qualify potential new customers in the SAP environment (B2B) • Conduct market and competitor analyses to target prospective customers • Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline in close collaboration with the sales team • Use tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems) for lead research and nurturing • Reach out to decision-makers via various channels (phone, email, social selling, events) • Schedule appointments and hand over qualified leads to the sales team

🎯 Requirements

• Initial experience in lead generation, inside sales, or business development, ideally in the IT/SAP environment • Understanding of business processes and ERP/SAP topics is an advantage • Strong communication skills and confident demeanor when engaging with decision-makers • Enjoy networking, research, and building new customer relationships • Independent, structured, and results-oriented working style • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
