📋 Description
• Manage daily operations of BESS assets, including O&M oversight, performance monitoring, and warranty compliance. • Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. • Interface with key stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and local authorities. • Ensure contractual and regulatory compliance across the portfolio. • Oversee insurance strategies and claims management based on asset risk profiles. • Coordinate interconnection processes with transmission and distribution entities. • Collaborate with global headquarters (Japan) and manage cross-functional project execution.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years in renewable energy asset management (solar, wind, or BESS) • Experience in utility-scale BESS or hybrid PV+BESS projects • Strong financial knowledge (P&L, tax equity structures, DSCR) • Familiarity with ERCOT or other U.S. ISOs (e.g., PJM, MISO, CAISO) • Proven ability to manage contractors and complex stakeholder environments
