📋 Description
• Own, investigate and process all cases that are raised to second line support • Manage all communication with the customer while cases are in second line, including email, phone, sms • Collaborate with all departments to ensure each case is resolved quickly and efficiently
🎯 Requirements
• 12 months in your current role at Epos Now • Performance is on or above Target (averaged over the last 3 consecutive months) • Absences and Behaviours fall in line with company policy
