πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Own positioning, messaging, value propositions, and differentiation across assigned products and solution areas. β€’ Develop messaging frameworks and guidance to ensure consistency across customer-facing, partner-facing, and internal communications. β€’ Partner with Product Management to translate product capabilities into clear customer benefits and market differentiation. β€’ Serve as a steward of product messaging across the organization. β€’ Lead go-to-market planning and execution for new products, product enhancements, pricing initiatives, and strategic programs. β€’ Develop launch plans, communication strategies, enablement resources, and supporting materials. β€’ Coordinate cross-functional activities and drive alignment across Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams. β€’ Help ensure organizational readiness and successful execution of launches and key initiatives. β€’ Lead messaging and communication planning for major business initiatives, including product migrations, portfolio transitions, pricing updates, and customer lifecycle programs. β€’ Develop audience-specific communication plans and messaging strategies that support customer adoption and engagement. β€’ Facilitate collaboration among stakeholders to ensure a consistent customer experience and coordinated execution. β€’ Develop and maintain sales presentations, battlecards, FAQs, competitive comparisons, talk tracks, and other enablement resources. β€’ Partner with sales leadership to improve field readiness and messaging effectiveness. β€’ Conduct market research, customer interviews, surveys, competitive analysis, and win/loss reviews. β€’ Create and manage product collateral, website content, case studies, customer stories, partner materials, and related assets.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Education, Communications, or a related field. β€’ MBA or advanced degree preferred but not required. β€’ 8-10 years of experience in product marketing, product management, or marketing strategy. β€’ Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and bringing products, programs, or services to market. β€’ Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, and writing skills. β€’ Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across teams without direct authority. β€’ Experience developing positioning, messaging, sales enablement resources, and go-to-market plans. β€’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to leverage data to inform decisions. β€’ Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and project leadership. β€’ Experience in K-12 education, educational publishing, or education technology. β€’ Prior literacy education background a plus!
