📋 Description

• Maintain and update the rolling liquidity forecast • Compare actual figures to the forecast and report deviations early • Capture vouchers, post entries, and prepare handover to the tax advisor • Monitor open items, check incoming payments, and manage a structured dunning process • Monthly retainer and project billing for clients in the DACH region and the USA • Reconcile bank, Stripe, and credit card accounts • Prepare cost and contribution margin analyses per team • Support for monthly and annual closing • Perform ad-hoc analyses for management • Document your work and propose automation for manual processes • Work directly with management on the financial steering of the growing company

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics, or a related field, ideally with a focus on Finance, Controlling, or Accounting — from the 3rd semester onwards • Confident use of Google Sheets, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and a basic understanding of clean data structures • Absolute accuracy and reliability when working with numbers and confidential data • German: business fluent • English: good written and verbal skills • Availability of at least 15 hours per week • Aim for a longer-term collaboration of at least 12 months • Initial practical experience in accounting, tax consulting, or controlling is an advantage • Knowledge of DATEV, Lexware/Lexoffice, or similar tools is a plus • Interest in e-commerce and digital business models is an advantage • Willingness/interest to automate processes using Sheets formulas, Zapier/Make, or simple scripts is a plus
