📋 Description
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Partner Development Directors • Oversee the identification, prioritization, and development of new strategic partnerships, utilizing all GTM partner models • Personally engage with and manage relationships with key C-level stakeholders at our most strategic partners • Take ownership of the overall partner-driven revenue targets for the UK region • Act as the voice of the partner ecosystem within Equifax UK, advocating for partner needs • Represent Equifax UK at industry events, conferences, and executive-level forums

• Inspirational leader with a passion for developing talent • Extensive experience in partner development, alliance management, or business development at a senior leadership level • Proven track record of successfully leading, managing, and mentoring a team to achieve and exceed business objectives • Demonstrable experience in driving significant revenue growth through strategic partnerships and developing innovative commercial models • Deep understanding of the UK market and a strong network within the partner ecosystem • Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills • Highly strategic, visionary, and commercially minded with an execution-focused mindset and a strong sense of urgency • Resilient and able to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making and experience influencing C-level executives • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
