📋 Description

• Provide evidence-based family, individual, and group therapy for eating disorders and comorbid diagnoses in a virtual clinic (telehealth) setting • Implement family-based treatment (FBT), enhanced cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT-E), cognitive behavioral therapy for ARFID, and other evidence-based treatments across the lifespan • Maintain a caseload of 30-40 patients with expectation of 20-26 hours of direct care; remaining time dedicated to administrative tasks • Participate in initial and ongoing trainings, supervision, and department meetings • Assess and diagnose mental health conditions • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team of physicians, dietitians, patient mentors, and family mentors, along with outside providers • Utilize between-session messaging to support patients and communicate with the treatment team through Equip’s EMR in accordance with Equip’s policies and procedures • Engage and collaborate in Treatment Team meetings and perform other duties as assigned • Maintain licensure in home state and obtain licensure in other states as requested by Equip

🎯 Requirements

• Active, unrestricted, and independent license to practice psychotherapy from at least one US state in this posting's time zone • Ability to support a caseload of patients of all ages, co-occurring conditions, backgrounds and cultures, and with varying degrees of acuity • Ability to safely and effectively deliver care in a virtual setting • Ability to provide care 2 evenings per week (available until 8pm in your patient caseload's primary time zone) • Enthusiastic, strong team player • Passion for evidence-based care and eating disorder treatment and expanding access to treatment • Maintain licensure in home state and obtain licensure in other states as requested by Equip (licensure costs will be covered by Equip) • Maintain a caseload of 30-40 with expectation of 20-26 hours of direct care (remaining time for administrative tasks) • Participate in initial and ongoing trainings • Assess and diagnose mental health conditions and utilize between-session messaging per Equip's EMR policies • Nice to have: Experience in Family-Based Treatment and/or eating disorder treatment • Nice to have: Experience with evidence-based treatment and/or intensive treatment settings • Nice to have: Experience supporting patients with suicidal ideation and trauma • Nice to have: Case management experience and/or experience working closely with a multidisciplinary care team
