📋 Description

• Lead the strategic implementation of AI technologies across business operations to drive automation and increase employee productivity. • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and deliver high-impact, secure, and scalable AI solutions that streamline manual workflows. • Establish AI governance frameworks, prototypes and iterates on new ideas, and implements robust technical safeguards. • Play a key part in change management efforts to support company-wide adoption of AI tools and best practices. • Success in this role requires a strong sense of ownership, end-to-end execution capability, and comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment. • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and execute on high-ROI opportunities for AI-driven process optimization. • Rapidly prototype, iterate on, and deploy internal AI tools and systems that enhance employee productivity. • Monitor and evaluate the performance of deployed AI systems, continuously improving reliability, scalability, and impact. • Define and implement AI governance frameworks to ensure compliance with data privacy regulations, ethical standards, and internal security protocols. • Develop and lead change management strategies to drive adoption of AI solutions across teams. • Build and share internal expertise through documentation, tooling standards, and knowledge transfer. • Perform other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. • Minimum 7 years of experience in software engineering or digital transformation, including 2+ years focused on AI/ML or automation implementation. • Proficiency in Python, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and modern AI/ML frameworks. • Demonstrated experience in full-stack development and deploying secure, scalable AI systems. • Strong project management, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. • Experience with data pipeline development and integration into enterprise systems. • Understanding of business process optimization and organizational change management.
