• Ensure sufficient headcount capacity across provider types to meet forecasted patient volumes by developing and maintaining robust resource capacity planning models. • Build and enhance analytical tools that enable workforce planning through accurate data collection, time-in-motion studies, and productivity benchmarking to deliver actionable insights to leadership. • Design and recommend flexible staffing and scheduling models to adapt to demand variability while supporting our ability to maintain high-quality patient care. • Conduct supply and demand scenario modeling to evaluate the workforce impact of business changes such as new service lines, growth initiatives, or shifting demand patterns. • Partner cross-functionally to align workforce strategies with broader organizational goals, including identifying opportunities to shift from manual processes to automation. • Continuously improve workforce planning processes, tools, and models to enhance scalability, efficiency, and decision-making. • Perform other duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Statistics, Human Resources, or a related field; Master’s preferred. • 8+ years of experience in workforce management, capacity planning, or operations strategy roles. • Demonstrated success in developing and executing flex staffing models and scalable workforce strategies. • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets modeling skills; experience with BI and WFM tools. • Experience in building and maintaining staffing models using SQL and AI. • Highly analytical thinker with strong business acumen and attention to detail. • Excellent communication skills with demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and effectively collaborate cross-functionally. • Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, takes ownership, and is capable of building scalable systems from the ground up. • Prior experience in healthcare is highly preferred.
