📋 Description

• Responsible for driving business transformation initiatives, managing change, and implementing continuous improvement methodologies across the organization. • Ensure that all initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. • Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems. • Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and concerns, and provide support throughout the change process. • Design and deliver training programs to prepare employees for changes. • Identify areas for improvement within existing business processes and systems. • Apply methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen to drive efficiency and effectiveness. • Plan, execute, and oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field. • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business change management, continuous improvement, project management, and stakeholder engagement. • Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies. • Proficiency in Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies. • Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, and risk management. • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including external funders. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
